[SOLVED] Flashing BIOS

I have a asrock b450m steel legends micro atx mobo and i am currently running a ryzen 5 2600. I just bought a brand new ryzen 5 3600xt and now i see that i will need to do a bios update, but the bios update says it will no longer support the 2600 cpu i have.

My question is can i flash the bios safely with the 2600 cpu i currently have or am i going to brick my board?.

go to 2.1 then the latest.
But the cpu support listed don't show support for 3600xt, just 3600x

Perfect thank you and just a quick note it does say support for xt series on the latest bios notes

1. Update AMD AGESA Combo-AM4 PI 1.0.0.6
2. Supports 3RD Gen AMD Ryzen XT series CPU
