Question Flashing colors and symbols only with games fix?

As of yesterday I've been having what looks like < and > symbols and colors flash on my screen only when playing games or changing game graphical settings

MB: Msi z370 gaming pro carbon
Gpu: Rtx 2070
Cpu: Core I5 9400f
Ram: 8gb 2333hz DDR4

and i try to average the temperature to about 70-80
