flashing gigabyte bios

i have a gigabyte ga-990x gaming board. my question is can i flash f2 bios as my current is f1. i've searched everywhere and typed this question in so many ways i just need a simple yes or no. thanks in advanced

What is your motherboard FULL model number. GA-990x is NOT a model number. It is PART of a model number.

Hi buddy. It is GA-990X-Gaming SLI

There is only ONE bios update available for that motherboard, which is your current version, F1. No other bios version is available OR compatible with that motherboard.
