Flashing green screen When connected to Denon AVR and Sony TV

I’ve been having problems with this PC build for several months. Identified bad memory and RMA ed to Gskill. I am in the process of Rma ing my evga power supply 750 bronze edition back to evga.

I had an extra 400 watt evga ps that will boot and run my pc on an old dell flat screen w/o problems nothing else hooked up but logitech wireless mouse and keyboard and a wireless internet usb device. When I hook it up to my denon av 5.1 amp and my sony tv my screen flashes green every 5 seconds or so.
Whats wrong? I know my 400 watt ps is underpowered but it works fine on the dell monitor. Does using the hdmi connection take that much more power?

If it works with the Dell monitor, the PSU is NOT the issue.
How is the monitor connected? From the PC, through the Denon, to the screen?
(I have that same Denon, BTW)
