Flashing Icons after 10586.104 Update

I have reinstalled after each update so far and it is something different every time. I need to get this fixed. I have visited several other forums researching possible fixes and nothing has worked so far. Any help is welcome if you have experience with this issue and have repaired it. Thanks

Thanks for the input, I decided to do a restore and go back to a well known good setup and then reinstall the few programs to catch up to where I was before the problem started. I have never seen blinking icons like that before. I did notice it getting worse also, so instead of a total collapse of the system being unusable, I went with a restore. Several of the others that had similar issues also complained about not being able to click on anything because of the blinking. I could see that my system was headed that direction and decided to fix it prior to having to reset.
Anyway, I gave you credit for the help and thanks again for the link.
