flashing red boot screen

so today i got home form school wanting to play some comp on csgo, i turn on the computer and it starts normally. Then the PRESS F1 boot screen flashes red. i then try to start it up normally to see if it will fix its self. i load windows and the monitor turns black i try to reboot a few more times and the monitor was unresponsive!

P.s. cant go into safe mode

WIndows loads and the screen goes black? if so try hitting Ctrl-Alt and Del all at same time, if a screen comes up select task manager, then new task, type in EXPLORER.EXE and see if it starts
