[SOLVED] flashing screen and stuttering videos

when i login after a restart and when starting games the screens flash a few times and if i have a video playing when i start a game it stutters it started doing this a few weeks ago i have tried updating drivers and reinstalling them

CPU: i7 9700k
GPU: RTX 2060
MB: MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Edge AC
PSU: EVGA 650w Bronze
RAM: 16GB corsair vengeance lpx 3200
NVME: 1TB WD Black

Download or use cpuid and make sure your memory is working properly.

ram is good and the drive has 385gb left

Have you reinstalled your gpu drivers?

Also try pulling out your gpu and reseating it. (With computer off)

I'm getting a very similar black screen/stutter, but I only get them during gameplay while a youtube video is also playing. The only component we share is the nvme drive, so I'm really hoping that can't be an issue. The stutter makes some games crash which is very frustrating, searching hard for a fix.
