Question Flashing Screen

I have just recently installed a new BIOS version onto my computer (PRIME B450M-A, RYZEN 5 3200g, GT 1030) and now whenever I turn on my computer there is a screen of flashing pixels and I can't respond to anything. Any help or advice is appreciated.

It looks like your GT 1030 GPU might be fried/dead. Most likely a VRAM corruption issue, though I'm just guessing on this part. Try using your Motherboard's Integrated graphics/iGPU instead, to boot up your PC and Monitor.

If everything is "okay" on the screen , then the card might be dead as mentioned before.
