Flashing White _ on boot

I decided it was time to dust my PC so i took out my Hard Drive and Optical Drive, and sprayed with a can of air duster around, i plugged it all back in with the hard drive and optical drive in their places, and now all i see is a flashing white _, can soneone please help.

You took it apart
You put it back together
Now it doesn't work.

The typical thought would be that something is not connected correctly.
The second thought would be that something broke. You didn't drop anything, did you?

Does it go past the BIOS?

I've not dropped anything but ill check if its all connected

its all connected, i think its erased the os though

Just taking the drive out won't erase it.

It was erased I found out so I reinstalled Windows 10
