Flashing white screen ingame problem

hey guys im having this problem when i play any games most the time Overwatch + ghost recon i see this flashing white screen when im inside a room or tight places and when i go out in open world sometime i see big flashing white pixel tiles i dont know really how to describe it and i dont know if this is relative but every time i start a game or loading match my friends on Discord complaining about a buzzing noise on my mic so here's my pc spec and a video showing the problem

Ram: 16gb
GPU: 980Ti SLI
PSU: 850w
