Flasing horizontal blue layer on screen with Sapphire HD 7770 1GB

I have been getting flashing horizontal layers of blue on random times. My card is Sapphire HD 7770 1GB with stock clocks. I have tested my display with onboard graphics which works fine so i have removed the monitor and cord from the suspect list. My monitor only has DVI and VGA inputs so i have ordered HDMI to DVI cable just to test the GPU connector. I am leaning towards faulty GPU considering i once saw square artifacts after 6h+ hours of gaming. GPU temperatures are normal and they never go above 65dc. I am not having any BSOD, any lock ups or any other kind of problems other than this.

Card is under warranty and i have sent images for verification of physical damage.

Is anyone experienced an issue like this before?

Try a new driver first but that sounds like it's going out.

I am using the latest 16.9.2 version which was clean installed 3 times with DDU.

I never said the latest version I said try a new driver. Then warranty the card.

I have tried 16.9.2, 16.7.2, 16.5.1 but the problem persists so i am now trying to claim the warranty.

This problem is still happening. I have changed my GPU, replaced monitor cable (was using DVI-DVI, now using HDMI-DVI). This problem wasn't occurring much after installing new GPU (rare like once in a week or so) but it wasn't solved completely. Today i moved my monitor and reseated my 2 RAM modules and this problem is now occurring very frequently. So this rules out the GPU/cord as a root cause.
