Flicker on, off, then Fine

New build. I'm not having issues with the stability of my new build, but when I start-up the whole system seems to flash on for maybe a second then powers down again for about two seconds then everything powers up and runs w/o issue. Is this the new norm?

Did you try updating the Motherboard BIOS.

some motherboard bios will do that. most times it the mb trying to set the ram speed at post that fails and the overclock failiure kicks in causing the mb to reboot and to try another speed. use cpu-z read your memory spd info. print it out or write it down. then go into the bios and turn on xmp profile or try set the ram speed to one of the spd speeds that you printed out.
