Flickering and stuttering with SLI

I decided on buying a second graphics card instead of getting a more expensive and more powerful singe graphics card. The problem is though that any game I try to load up either doesn't get much past the splash screen or I end up with terrible stuttering, tearing, and flickering. I have two EVGA 760 FTW 4GB cards on a MSI Z87-G45 mobo. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated

What PUS are u using?
Also, did u reinstalled the drivers?

Yeah I did try reinstalling drivers and even games but I finally found the solution: My sli bridge was partially defective. The whole time I was trying to figure what was going wrong in the software until I tried wiggling the bridge and found that the flickering would change and if I held it just right would stop. So I bought a new sli bridge and everything seems to work fine now.
