Flickering effects/textures when playing in fullscreen

I bought a new computer a few weeks ago, also switched from a VGA cable to a HDMI cable. However, some textures and effects from certain games start to flicker when I play them in fullscreen mode (its not the screen thats flickering, its the textures and effects from the game itself). The only games that do this are Closers Online and Elsword. In Closers, all glowing textures and almost all particle effects are glitchy: the textures glow A LOT and the effects create a flickering black square around them. In Elsword, all glowing and transparent textures/effects keep flickering: that includes water, fog, attack particles, portals and many more. If its necessary, I can record my screen and send it here. What could it be?

Can someone help me?

Edit: Nevermind. It is fixed when I turn off antialiasing.
