Question Flickering fans

So basically I have installed a fan hub into my pc and the 4 fans keep flickering is there anyway I can stop this from happening at all?

16gb ddr4 vengance corsair ram
800w evga power supply
Red corsair Carbide case
1tb HD
128gb Kingston SSD
With red led strip
And red led uphere 120mm fans and DEEPCOOL FH-04 Fan Hub
