Question Flickering/ Glitching while opening or using apps or sometimes Idle.

Hi Guys ,

After 1.5 years of my PC working all well , recently I am experiencing something weird.
Some flickering appears on the top of my monitor for 1 seconds and it keeps on happening from time to time and it even kinds lags for millisecond when it happens.

I have tried to troubleshoot by updating all the drivers ( GPU ) , tried Reseting my PC but its still happening.

I am attaching the youtube link ( The Issue ) of the glitching happening. Any suggestions of what could be the problem and how to resolve it ?

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

CPU: Ryzen 7 3800X
Motherboard: MSI - B550M PRO-VDH Wifi
Ram: CORSAIR 32GB ( 2 X 16 - 3200 Mhz )
SSD/HDD: Samsung 512gb NVMe / 2TB HDD
GPU: Zotac RTX 3070 Twin Edge
PSU: Cooler Master 650W Bronze
Chassis:
OS: Win 10 Pro
Monitor: MSI G241 144hz

I assembled my whole PC in January 2021

Okay I solved the problem. I changed my monitor's refresh rate from 144hz to 120hz and I didn't encounter this issue again.
But does it mean my monitor is faulty now ?
