so i had an issue where my dual monitors will not turn on when i connect both of them i found out its because i cant use 2 hdmi's so i switched one over to a VGA cable using a DVI converter as the 1070 doesnt have a VGA port. My monitor seems to flicker on dark backgrounds its very minimal but it is constant.
I was thinking its due to the converter just being bad but does anyone know what the issue could be?
Im also unable to go to 75hz because when i do the resolution is overscaled even though in nvidia control panel its set to 1920 x 1080
