I was not sure where to put this as I'm not sure if it's a GPU or Monitor problem, but I'm guessing it's the monitor.
I recently built a new computer (last week), and with it I bought a used Asus VG248QE monitor, which has all worked great until now.
I just woke up and booted CS:GO, and noticed straight away these short flickering lines, usually pretty bright.
These lines only shows up when I am ingame, and the frequency of how often the lines show up varies.
I recorded the monitor with my phone, and managed to stop the video at the correct frame to catch one of the lines: Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/Yqoj5Dr.jpg
After some testing, I decided to see if Vsync would fix the issue.
