[SOLVED] Flickering in fullscreen games at high Hertz

Whenever I set my Monitor Hertz above 60Hz like 120 or 144hz and set my game to fullscreen,
there is a flickering happening on the screen.

How do I fix this?
So hard I only have dota2 and genshin impact and both are like this when playing, browsing or watching movies does not flicker the screen.
