Flickering In Games Moving Power Cable Effects The Lines

When playing games when gpu usage gets higher i get lines v sync helps but without v sync they can get pretty bad and moving the power cable can slow the lines down. I think it may be because i have a dvi to vga adapter for my gtx 580 and I was wondering if a Mini HDMI to HDMI would eliminate the flickering or reduce it. I know it probably should reduce interference because VGA gets interference easier.

I did change the cable it didn’t do anything the Flickering remained and would not go away when moving it with the other cables. Right now the cord is positioned where the lines are barely noticeable until the cord moves down by itself and starts flickering again. It might be the power supply going bad or just an interference with the vga cable because they are known for that. Video of lines from a while ago https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ESe_Mr4jJ2w
