Flickering In Games & Windows On RTX 2080TI

I'm experiencing the worst kind of flickering in more than one game and in Origin for some reason. I'm trying to figure out if it's my GPU or Software related.

You got a bad RTX2080ti. There are plenty of reports of RTX2080ti failing. see:
