When I'm playing Unturned or Rust I get these strange flickering lights on my screen, I recently got a new graphics card (Nvidia Geforce 970) after upgrading from my Nvidia Geforce 660. Is this some sort of screen tearing? Because when I search screen tearing completely different issues pop up. It does happen to a lesser extent in other games, but it's barely noticeable. I can't play Rust or Unturned with Vsync as it makes it borderline impossible to aim. Here's a video of the flickering lights in action. https://www.dropbox.com/s/yh4uj631oi7zdsz/20151102_000020.mp4?dl=0
