Question Flickering on ASUS TUF Gaming VG24VQ

So I just got the ASUS TUF Gaming VG24VQ monitor. The monitor is nice besides the washed out colors (which are easy to fix). But the most annoying things is the constant random flicker I get every 1-3 minutes for a split second. The flickering doesn't happen in-game at all. The flickering just occurs when I'm browsing or when I'm even on my desktop. I've tried turning EMLB on and off, didn't work. Tried also turning freesync on and off, that didn't work either. Any possible solutions to this? I also have the monitor on 144Hz.
