I recently bought a new MSI RTX 2070 Super Gaming X.
But if I play with it for a few minutes (sometimes more sometimes less)(about 5-60min), I get the pixel problems seen in the video.
This only goes away when I restart my computer.

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: MSI RTX 2070 Super Gaming X
Mainboard: Rog Strix B450-F
PSU: NZXT C650
Is it a fixable problem or is the only way to RMA?

- I have already reinstalled my NVIDIA drivers several times without success.
- I also installed my old graphics card (GTX 1050 Ti) in my new PC where the problem did not occur.
- I also changed my monitor and monitor cable.
- GPU is installed with two seperate PCIe Cables
