Hello there!
I have the specific problem. I searched on a Google, but I haven't found similar case. So, appeared last night, after a few months, PC was on an idle state. This is the third time it happens, first two times it was last year in a period of few months. I recorded this problem, the video is here. In the case, the computer does not respond. Version driver's is 10.18.14.4206, probably not fresh, but i updated earlier this year.
The computer is usually used for surfing, little gaming (BF3), watching movies, nothing difficult.

My configuration is:
MoBo: MSI B85M-E33
CPU: Intel Pentium G3220
RAM: Kingston HyperX 1600Mhz 2x2GB
GPU: Intel HD Graphics
HDD: WD Blue 1TB 7200rpm
Power Supply: Chieftec GPA-500S8

What is problem there?

Solution
Your issue is the same as the others like this, most likely a bad video card, overheating maybe, could be a corrupt driver. Since you are using onboard video may also be a RAM issue, test with one RAM stick at a time or different RAM sticks. Not likely the power supply in your case.

I'd start with uninstalling the driver and installing the latest one for your system, check for a chipset and BIOS update for the motherboard.
