Flickering texture problem! Any ideas?

Hello, I am having a problem with texture flickering on high-graphic games like Player Unknown Battlegrounds, GTA 5. It is really annoying and it is making game unplayable. This guy is having similar problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5AopuFk__Bg&t=5s

My specs are:
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4460 Processor
(6M Cache, up to 3.40 GHz)
GPU: GPU: AMD Radeon R9 290
PSU: LC5550 V2.2 550 W
RAM: 12GB
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS H97-PRO

Does anyone have any ideas what could be the problem or how to fix it?

Have you tried updating your drivers?

Yes, i even deleted them all with DDU and installed them again. @liamhoyle1211

Have you tried the card in a different pc? And I see you have 12gb Ram how many sticks and what capacity are they

No i haven't tried that yet, i have 3 sticks and all of them are 4 GB. Once i had 4 sticks, i bought two of these products: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314. One of sticks died so i only have 3 left now.
