That is my screen. It will do it sitting idle, but messing with keyboard or mouse drastically increases the occurrence.

Here's my hardware:

Here's my monitor:
I bought it new, had this issue. Sent it back and got a replacement. Still same thing.

I'm looking at replacing MB, CPU, RAM, and maybe even PSU (current is 850w Bronze).

Solution
Good info. This is a shot in the dark but maybe there is some confusion with the frequency of the signals like a 60Hz signal is also being sent to you 120Hz monitor.

Have you tried connecting the 120Hz monitor by itself to the gpu? Does the flickering remain?

If not, I recommend removing the other 1 or 2 60Hz monitors and restarting the pc with only the 120Hz monitor connected. If flickering remains, go back to my first suggestion of connecting the monitor to the integrated graphics.

I doubt this has anything to do with the cpu, ram, or psu.

Have you tried a different display port or hdmi? If you have integrated graphics, take out the gpu and connect the monitor to your igpu and see if problem persists. At least it'll help you narrow it down.

You missed my point. I am saying that since your cpu has integrated graphics, you should remove your 1070 FTW from your computer and connect the monitor to the mobo vga/hdmi/dvi port and see if you still get the flicker. If you don't, then that indicates your gpu is the problem. If you do still get flickering, then it is definitely your monitor.

Alrighty. I'll give that a shot. I was also thinking about grabbing a HDD and doing a new install to see how it reacts without messing with my existing install.
Notes:
- There are two (and just a few days ago, 3) monitors hooked to this GTX 1070 and only this main screen does what the video shows above.
- Before you say its the monitor..
- - I too thought that at first, and warrantied the monitor. new one does exactly same thing.
- - The other monitors are 1440p @ 60Hz while the problematic one is 1440p @ 120Hz
