Flight Simulator 2004 Won't Run after Win Xp SP2

I've installed the Microsoft Service Pack 2 for Win Xp,
now I can't get FS2004 to start up.

I've followed the procedures for "Run as", but that does
not help.

Any ideas?

Did you check that the service pack didn't install generic drivers for
your hardware? Update them, otherwise post back your system specs, do
you get any error message? What happens exactly?
