Flood Attempt?

I am trying to post upgrade advice on Tom's Hardware but I keep getting flood attempt detected...WTH? Any ideas?

Well that usually means the site detects you trying to spam the same thread over and over again, probably another bug, try signing out and signing back in again or refresh the page.

That's a site spamming safety feature wait 10 minutes and it will allow you to continue, I've ran into it many times posting my guides and roundups.
