Floppy disk error

Hello,
in my windows xp whenever i run any program it says unable to read drive A.. which is floppy disk.. but there is no floppy drive harddrive in my computer..
and wat am thinkin is to format ma pc willl that be 5n.

When did this start? Did you run any registry edits or install something?

If the floppy drive is enabled in the bios, windows installs a driver for it even if the physical device doesn't exist. Either disable the floppy in bios or go into the device manager and disable the floppy drive.
