Every time I boot up I get the message "disk 0 not found". Also in windows explorer the devices listed under computer includes a 3.5 floppy drive. My computer does not have a floppy drive installed. I have a Dell Vostro 400 running Windows XP. Any Solutions?

Look in BIOS. If there, disable it.

PS: there is a bay to the left of the 4 usb ports on front for FlexBay drive which Can contain an optional floppy drive or optional Media Card Reader.

Have you been able to disable it in the bios? Mine in XP did the same thing and keeps appearing later on...might be a flaw in my Bios as I suspect.... I boot in this order.... First cd/dvd drive 2nd. Hard disk drive 3rd disabled.
