OptiPlex w/ upgrade windows 10., how I cant chek the floppy drive., if is compatible or if work

You may have to update your chipset driver. Unless your Optiplex is REALLY old, as in more than 15 years, the FDC should be part of the chip that also controls parallel and serial I/O. If it worked in 7, it'll theoretically work in 10, since the driver framework is the same. Visit http://www.dell.com/support/ and download the chipset driver for your model. It probably won't give you an option to select Win10 as your OS, so choose the latest OS available.
