Flow Meter

I have a Zalman Resonator that comes with a flow meter, however, are there flow meters that have a shut off ability if there is no water flow?

The innovatek flow-o-matic (rev1 and 2) gives an rpm readout via a 3pin fan plug. You can plug that into your motherboard's cpu fan plug and tell it to shutdown when cpu fan fails.
