[SOLVED] Fluctuating power supply, new computer

I just bought a new IBuyPower Desk top computer about a week ago. Just a few hours ago I heard a popping noise. Though my computer was powered down, it seems that the power to the computer was turning on and off. (The switch in the back is still on, computer was shut down). I have a keyboard/mouse with lights and they were turning on and off every few seconds with a loud pop. Tried different outlets, power strips etc. I wasnt sure if this might be a power surge problem, power cord issue, or something else. Any advice would be really helpful. I'm going to try contacting customer support tomorrow but I want to make sure it's not an electrician I should be calling instead.

stop using it immediately
they always use junk psu unless you can pick a good one.
contact them right away and prepare for their lack of customer service...
