Question Fluctuating volt rails

Been experiencing some weird graphical issues in my pc games lately and I've swapped out pretty much everything to narrow down what the problem is. Finally i read that fluctuating volt rails can be a sign of bad power from the psu and my volt rails do seem to be abnormally fluctuating beyond a .50 value difference. Just want to see if some one can double confirm this might be my problem

Which rail drops 0.5v? And drops from what to what? If the 12v rails drops from 12.2 to 11.7 is no issue. If it drops from 11.8 to 11.3 it's out of spec.

What's the brand and model of the PSU?

Corsair TX 750M it's about 4 or 5 years old. 12v rail fluctuates from 12.164 12.099, the fluctuations were bigger while OCing but i stopped the OC.

While gaming it fluctuates from +12 V rail 12.295 to 11.968, generally comes up with alot of different numbers between that range.

+5 rail fluctuates from 4.986 to 5.024

+3 rail is stable, but not while OCing

I use AI tuner from Asus
Gold, Really trying to get to the bottom of this i can't tell if i need a new mobo or psu but the display issues im having with games is driving me insane

Software readings. Do a measurement with a multimeter which is much more acurate.
