Fluid dynamic cooling fans

Has any one heard of these being used in cooling fans yet?

Someone else just asked this!
As far as we know they dont exist yet... and if they did they would be expensive.
I cant see it happening as casefans are just too cheap.

Besides, most of the noise from a fan comes from the blades. So the very idea of a FDB fan is flawed.
