Yes, I flushed my DNS earlier today, not knowing that when I renewed it, it wouldn't work! So I have now tried almost everything to get it back up. The closest I've gotten is by manually entering IP and DNS servers through IPv4 and v6. But those only let me see certain websites. I couldn't view most internet pages. When I troubleshoot it says there's no problem (this is after I have entered manual IPs and DNS servers). Well, it actually says it couldn't identify the problem, but I think thats what it says when there isn't a problem. I'd do anything to get my internet back up. Also, I get an error when i try to system restore to yesterday, it says there is a corrupt windows file? I first want to get my internet back up though. I've also run sfc /scannow, which says i have corrupt files, but it cant fix them?
Here's what it says:

Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601] Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan. Verification 100% complete. Windows Resource

Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of th em. Details are included in the

CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

So, here I am. This is my third try to get help because every place else that I've tried to get help from have given up on me. I'm begging that you guys stick with me and please help me out. Here is a list of the things I have tried thus far: Entering manual IPv4/6 IPs and DNAs, I've tried using ipconfig renew (which won't work because of this corrupt file), netsh int ip reset, plugging in different Ethernets (Im on a wired connection), reinstalling the motherboard ethernet/LAN drivers.

At this point, I'll do anything. I believe that fixing this corrupt file is the priority, since it will allow me to use system restore to a couple days ago, when it worked.

THANKS SO MUCH TO ANYONE WHO TRIES TO HELP ME. YOU ARE THE WORLD'S HEROES!!

Yes my wireless is fine and so is the modem and router. I'm pretty certain that I screwed this up myself and it's not an ISP issue either because of that DNS flush and now that corrupt file not allowing me to renew.
