Question Flushing a BIOS

Hello, I have MSI H61M motherboard and shows no display and I am pretty much sure that it is a BIOS problem, can any one please let me know how to reprgramme/flush the bios using USB drive? Thanks

PS. It's not flUsh but flAsh as they have different meanings. If you look for flUsh, first result would most probably be toilet.

Thanks, but my mother board doesn't bit at all so there is no way to get the display or get into the bios, but i think there is another way to have the bios file on usb stick and then flash the bios. I need to know that.
