Flushing loop with water

Hey guys,
just finished building my new desk out of wood which includes a computer. It was built lit the desk diy by Linus TechTips.
Unfortunatly, I can´t flush my pump! As the tubing goes under the desk I have to lift the res, but the pump is still half full with air and it isn´t sucking water like that!
Is anyone having an idea?

If the pump is sucking air, then you designed your cooling loop badly. You wan the pump to be gravity fed so that it can never run dry.

anyway, you have to fill the reservoir and the tubing all the way to pump with the liquid. then it will work.
you can get the job done by tilting the table or/and by creating the pressure (for example blowing into the loop).
there are other ways as well - for example using syringe with a long flexible tube attached to get the air out of pockets.
