FM 2005 transfer funds

Im coming towards the end of a season and have about 32 million in the bank
for transfers. Im close to getting the players i want but need a bit more
cash. What i want to know is will this money roll over into next season so i
can buy players then or do i lose it and get a fresh load of money to spend.
If i get to keep it am i likely to get more to spend

Usually you get a little more money than what's in your transfer kitty at
the end of the previous season, but if your club isn't RICH, they may reduce
it.
