Fm transmitters with usb

I have one FM transmitter and when I connect with USB with musics don't work, I make sure trasnmitter 87.5 all right but when I connect with usb with music don't realesed music

which transmitter is it exactly?

Did you plug in the USB flash drive into the USB with media support or is it just a charger port for other devices?

Which USB flash drive are you using? Maybe only <32GB "U disks" are supported by the transmitter

Yes I plug it to USB port I don't know what it for charger or media, but work for charger phone.

I use 4GB and 32GB but dont work.

Do you have a link where you bought it from? Without the specifications of the transmitter it could be that:
no USB media files are supported, only charging
the device is faulty
the media files on the USB media are not supported
the wrong USB port is used for the USB device with media on it
the USB flash drive is not supported/compatible

It plays thru Bluetooth not USB, the USB ports are just for charging devices.

U show a FM transmitter thingy, box says to work with Bluetooth too, then u throw in a USB dongle with media in it. I have not the foggies idea how transmitter and USB media dongle are hooked up.

If media is indeed in the USB dongle (dumb storage), the only way to play that is if your USB connection (via the Head unit) is media enable. The fact that it won't play with smartphone tells me is not.
