fm2 motherboard to am3+ motherboard

Solution
If I understand you correctly you plan on upgrading both your CPU and mobo from an APU/FM2+ setup to a CPU/FX setup.
This can be done pretty easily if you follow a few key pointers.
1. FX does not have any M-ITX mobos available but FM2+ does so make sure that your case is compatible.
2. If your OS is the OEM version you will have to re-purchase your OS.
3. You will loose PCIe 3.0 lanes. The Fx line only supports PCIe 2.0
4. You may loose SATA 3/6 Gb/s There are few FX boards that support SATA 3
sorry i lost my password so i had to use this account yes i realize i have to change the processor as well as the motherboard the reason why i am asking if i can upgrade the motherboard is so that way i can start of with a cheap amd apu processor desktop and upgrade the desktop with a amd fx series processor

Unfortunately, there is no APU for AM3+ platform, so you'll need an additional GPU. Unfortunately also, the FM platform can accomodate only quad-core CPUs at best (the A10-7850K is the best CPU for FM2+ platform, but for that price you'd better go with an i5, which is much more powerful).

You can do a compromise: if you haven't yet purchased the system, go for an Intel platform (a Pentium G3258 and a H97 motherboard, and later you will change the Pentium with an i5 or even an i7).

What will be the main usage of your system: gaming, office work, video rendering?

yes i know there is no apu for the am3+ platform i dont want a apu i am only going for it because i can get a cheap desktop if it has a apu already so what i am wanting to do is upgrade the desktop by upgrading fm2 or fm2+ motherboard to a am3+ motherboard so i can get a amd fx series processor

Please post a link to the system you want to purchase or post its complete configuration (PSU/case included).
