Question FN key not working correctly on Razer Cynosa Chroma

The prt sc sys rq and scr lk keys will all off sudden will not light up when I press fn on my Razer Cynosa Chroma rgb keyboard. How should I fix this? I have already made sure that all my drivers for my razer keyboard and mouse are up to date and they are.

Contact their support and see what they say, they may just be faulty or you changed the lighting so they don't light up.
