FN key problems

my laptop is Toshiba Satelite L655-S5106, the operation system was win 7 64 bit.
after format I put the operation system was win 7 32 bit, and FN key don't work again
please if somebody can help me I will appreciate a lot.

okay if you go to the toshiba support page and look for the drivers & updates > utility > TOSHIBA Function Key and download that it should make your function keys work again.
