Fn keys are not working

I re installed windows on my Alienware M14x and now my function keys are not working. This is extremely annoying as I cannot change my volume on my laptop. Help is extremely appreciated.

What is the full model number of your laptop?

Have you installed the laptop drivers for you model from the Dell product page?

sounds like you are missing some drivers, definitely check the manufacturers support page for latest drivers and hopefully you can find what you need there.

All of the function keys are not working. I cannot eject disks,, change volume, etc. If I did not install certain drivers , it would be helpful it you can provide a link. My laptop is the Alienware M14x R1.

I don't think those are the drivers. Anyone have other solutions?

What do you mean "I don't think those are the drivers"? Those ARE the keyboard drivers for the Alienware M14x R1 and R2 respectively. Either should probably work, but one or the other almost certainly will. Those are directly from the Dell website. You have a lot of nerve coming here asking for help and then when somebody takes the time to find and provide the drivers that you should have been capable of finding and installing yourself, you make a comment like that? I'm not going to bother wasting any more of my time on somebody like you. And neither is anybody else here.
