[SOLVED] Focus Assist enables itself when I minimize apps

This is the weirdest bug I encountered so far. Here's the demonstration video how Focus Assist is being enabled itself when I minimize something:

Of course. If you would watch the video I posted, you would notice that I turn it off there, but it keeps turning on itself.

I found the cause - It's Nvidia Geforce experience "in-game overlay" feature that causes this bug. I found this thread:

So there are two ways to fix this bug - either disable this feature in Geforce Experience, either disable Focus Assist option "When I'm using an app in fullscreen - priority only". I chose second one, but it will be nice if this gets fixed.
