[SOLVED] Foggy / Dusty Monitor? 8 years old Philips 191EL

Hi Everyone,

May I ask how to remove this fog or dust inside my monitor screen? I've been using this monitor since my college days, is this because of old age or I can still do something on it?

What do you mean dead? I can still use it but there's a fog on that part as you can see on the picture.
