when ever i try open any folder it starts rebuilding icon cache each and every time.....even when pc not even shut down..
i have tried some methods but it does not work.......this didn't happened with win 7

these r those methods

http://www.pcworld.com/article/3096606/windows/when-windows-10-thumbnails-seem-to-be-missing-or-slow-to-load-try-this.html

none of them seems to be work for me......can anyone plz help me?

Sound like maybe you have disabled the thumbnail cache. There is 2 ways to do that either A) Group Policy Editor (Windows 10 Pro and I believe Enterprise only or B) Registry setting. Can't find the link for Windows 10 but I think it is the same as Windows 7 https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/10794-thumbnail-cache-enable-disable.html
Although in my experience neither method actually disabled the thumbnail cache unless K-Lite Codec Pack does something that causes either the Registry hack or GPEdit setting to be ignored.
Check the Registry settings and GPEdit settings to see. If all is what it should be than post back and hopefully someone else has other things to try/check.

thanx for reply mate!
i have my thumbnail cache enabled and still this problem goes on.
