Question Folder Locking Software

Anyone know of a Folder Locking Software that keeps the folder listed after it is unlocked.

I have one folder that I want to lock, then when needed unlock. As it is always the same folder I don't want to have to drag it into the program again before I can lock it.
i.e. I just want the folder to always be shown shown in the software, I will just lock or unlock.

I tried 3 different locking programs and they all dropped the folder when it was unlocked.

I was using Anvi but it doesn't support windows 11

Veracrypt might be the answer. Though instead of a locked folder it creates a "container" which you mount like a drive, and arguably the most used encryption solution for that purpose. Simply uncheck "Never save history" at the main screen and you can choose the container from the history directly.
