Folders not showing on Desktop - but ARE there

I saved a folder onto my desktop but it isnt coming up, I can go into cmder, go to my desktop and it'll say that the folder is there, with files inside of it, but I can't see the folder on my desktop or open it. I tried refreshing and show desktop icons but neither are working.

Windows 10? I had this happen before on my laptop, I'm trying to remember what I did to fix it. I think I just restarted the computer. Have you tried restarting? Before I google this and try looking for a solution.

Nothing, still no files.
